Start on Site at Shaw Lane

Robinson Developments’ latest project in the Far Headingley Conservation area of Leeds is underway after builders began on site in February.

The Shaw Lane development is the conversion of a former Victorian gardener’s cottage and its grounds to create two stunning three-bedroom homes. The scheme comprises of the restoration of the original cottage alongside the development of a brand new contemporary-styled property.

John Robinson, Director of Robinson Developments, said: “Working closely with the local planning department and our architects, we have designed a striking new scheme for this unique and hidden site.”

The original building dates back to the late 1800s, and records show that it was built as a ‘gardener’s cottage’ for the market garden that served the larger houses in the area.

Robinson Developments is an independent, family-run property development business based in the heart of Yorkshire. The company prides itself on delivering homes built to high standards and designed for 21st century living.
