Robinson Developments’ latest project in the Far Headingley Conservation area of Leeds is underway after builders began on site in February.
The Shaw Lane development is the conversion of a former Victorian gardener’s cottage and its grounds to create two stunning three-bedroom homes. The scheme comprises of the restoration of the original cottage alongside the development of a brand new contemporary-styled property.
John Robinson, Director of Robinson Developments, said: “Working closely with the local planning department and our architects, we have designed a striking new scheme for this unique and hidden site.”
The original building dates back to the late 1800s, and records show that it was built as a ‘gardener’s cottage’ for the market garden that served the larger houses in the area.
