Robinson Developments has joined forces with Gregory Property Group of Leeds to form a new joint venture partnership known as Gregory Robinson Developments Limited. The company will deliver its first new residential scheme in Eccleshill, Bradford this year.
The Gregory Property Group is an award-winning property development company based in Leeds. Established for more than 30 years the business has been responsible for the successful regeneration of a number of derelict, brownfield sites in the North of England. Its projects include the £40million retail part of Foss Islands in York in partnership with the City of York Council, and Broad Street Plaza, a £40 million mixed use development in Halifax.

Gregory Robinson Developments is working on Hutton Hall, a development with planning permission for 29 new homes located on a site off Victoria Road, in the heart of Eccleshill. The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties with gardens and private parking.
Phase One of the development started on site earlier this year. The first units are due to be completed in autumn 2017. The initial phase includes 10 three bedroom homes. The scheme is being marketed by Preston Baker Land and New Homes.
