Robinson Developments Limited have successfully purchased the former Bedale Heath Centre from the NHS. The current building is now obsolete due to relocation to a newly built facility within the town.
We will be looking to submit a planning application for a residential development which will improve the site and gateway entrance into Bedale and provide much needed homes to the local area.
