No 2 St Martins is the sensitive conversion of a former doctor’s surgery into four individually-styled two bedroom apartments. 

The development is located in the Chapeltown Conservation Area of Leeds. The new homes are set within a large red brick Victorian terrace with landscaped garden and parking court. It includes a garden apartment with its own private terrace.

No 2 St Martins was chosen as a finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2013, West Yorkshire – for best Restoration and Conversion in the large projects category.

The LABC Building Excellence Awards is hosted annually by five West Yorkshire local authorities: Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Calderdale Council, Kirklees Council, Leeds City Council and Wakefield Council. LABC awards are given in recognition of excellence and quality workmanship by construction professionals.

The Chapeltown Conservation Area is a vibrant leafy suburb of a north-east Leeds. The area borders Chapel Allerton, which boasts many independent shops and cafes. There are a range of educational, community and leisure facilities in the area. Good transport links provide easy access to the centre of Leeds and to Bradford. Chapeltown is home to Leeds Carnival, held in Potternewton Park each year.
