Parc Mont is an award-winning project comprising the conversion of a large Victorian villa to eight modern apartments and the development of a new modern apartment block containing 14 luxury apartments. The original building was designed by the architect Thomas Ambler in 1886. This prestigious development overlooks Roundhay Park, one of Leeds’ most important landscapes.
