Robinson Developments confirms plans to build Poplar Grange, a bespoke development of five luxury new homes in the North Yorkshire village of Dishforth, with properties now available to reserve off plan.
Poplar Grange is located in an idyllic setting, just off Back Lane between Thirsk and Ripon. The cluster of four-bedroom detached houses are architecturally styled on the red brick Georgian farmhouse and stone barn buildings from early 19th century Yorkshire, but with contemporary interior fixtures and fittings.
Local Contractor Appointed
Robinson Developments has appointed local contractor PBS (Yorkshire) Ltd to start ground preparation works and hopes to deliver the new homes for occupation by Spring 2021.

We are preparing the site and hope to be able to accelerate the build programme during the Summer.”

Individually appointed homes at Poplar Grange are named The Masham, The Bedale and The Helmsley and are all offered for sale with detached double garages and large southwest facing gardens. All master bedrooms have en-suite and walk in wardrobes with bedroom two also featuring en-suite facilities. A snug/study, utility and cloakroom are also standard alongside generous sized living spaces.
