Gregory Robinson Developments has announced plans for a final phase of family homes at its popular development in Eccleshill, Bradford. Work has now commenced on site to deliver a further eleven new houses at Hutton Hall where the first two phases are now sold and occupied.
Hutton Hall is located off Victoria Road in the village and currently provides a cluster of 18 three-bedroom, bespoke family homes. Phase three will deliver a selection of two, three and four- bedroom homes with spacious gardens, with private parking or garages. Some homes have study areas to support home working.
With prices starting from £159,950 the next phase of development is designed to appeal in particular to first time buyers, young families locally, and those looking for a convenient commute to Leeds or Bradford, with support available from the Government’s Help to Buy initiative.
Hutton Hall is a joint venture between Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments, two long established organisations with award winning credentials in residential development across Yorkshire.
